Project Backstory
Capitol Granite partnered with local home builder Chandler Construction on a substantial project in Richmond. This extensive job encompassed over 300 square feet of custom stonework, transforming multiple areas of a new construction or renovation.
The material selection was a key aspect, primarily featuring elegant White Carrara marble throughout the interior spaces. This included several vanities, the main kitchen and island countertops, a laundry room, a U-shaped pantry area, a shower surround, and a fireplace surround and hearth. For the outdoor kitchen, a durable and distinct Negresco material was chosen, offering both functionality and a sophisticated aesthetic.
